HiFlap® Sole Technology — Automatic Balance at Every Step

HiFlap®, the special technology of the Run@Work series, consists of two independent pyramidal devices placed in the heel area. This system, which activates automatically during walking, absorbs impact energy, balances overpronation and supination, and strengthens grip on the ground. Fatigue is significantly reduced, especially during long static or dynamic shifts. The additional TPU-reinforced mold in the heel area increases walking efficiency during rebound and take-off.

Hydrophobic Technical Fabric Upper — Water-Repellent, Lightweight, Flexible

Sydney's upper material is a hydrophobic technical textile that repels water molecules from the surface. It helps keep the feet dry in conditions of light rain, dew, and moderate wetness; while not offering full waterproofing, it provides a comfort advantage in indoor and mixed outdoor workspaces where S3 level moisture protection is not required. SlimCap Composite Toe Cap — Ultra-Thin, Metal-Free

With a profile thickness of only 6.5 mm, SlimCap offers 200 Joules of impact resistance and 15 kN of crushing resistance in a much thinner structure compared to standard toe caps. Since it contains no metal, it does not conduct electricity and does not cause problems when passing through metal detectors. Thanks to its thin profile, the internal volume of the shoe is maintained, and the risk of pressure and pain on the toes is minimized. The toe surface is covered with abrasion-resistant material.

LG — Lateral Impact Protection

The LG (Lateral Guard) code ensures that the toes are protected from lateral impacts and compression thanks to structural support added to the side areas of the toe cap. This provides additional security beyond standard toe caps against this type of hazard frequently encountered with forklifts, pallet trucks, or narrow warehouse aisles.

S1PS — Closed Heel + Area-Based Puncture Resistance

The PS code provides area-based puncture resistance covering the entire sole surface, rather than traditional strip-based puncture protection. This protection is activated if screws, nails, and sharp objects attempt to penetrate at any point along the sole. The closed heel structure also eliminates the risk of impacts from the rear.

ESD — Electrostatic Discharge Protection

With conductivity values compliant with EN ISO 20345:2022 ESD requirements, it continuously grounds static electricity accumulated in the body during walking. SC — Heel Energy Absorption

FO + SR — Hydrocarbon Resistance and Certified Slip Resistance

Thanks to the FO code, the sole compound is chemically resistant to petroleum, diesel, and derivative hydrocarbon liquids. The SR code is a slip resistance certificate independently tested on both ceramic and steel surfaces according to EN ISO 13287; it provides secure grip on wet and oily surfaces. The midfoot sole grip, including for stairs, is reinforced with a special pattern structure.

AirTech TPU-Skin Sole & SmellStop Lining

The extra flexible TPU-coated AirTech sole absorbs step energy while keeping the foot active and dynamic. The Fresh'n Flex Plus puncture-resistant, super-light insole supports comfort with every step. The SmellStop antibacterial lining permanently prevents the growth of microorganisms responsible for fungal and odor formation.
