The profile thickness is reduced by 35% compared to traditional steel or aluminum toe caps, increasing the internal volume of the shoe and eliminating pressure on the toes. SlimCap™, which passes 200 joule impact and 15 kN compression tests, ensures no issues when passing through metal detectors or magnetic fields.
ESD — Electrostatic Safety for Industry 4.0
The ESD feature of the I-Tool is designed in accordance with the CEI EN 61340-5-1 standard. It continuously and controllably dissipates static charges accumulated on the bodies of workers in environments containing electronic components, semiconductors, explosive gases, or dust. This protects both the worker and the production line from electrostatic damage. The Fresh'n Flex midsole, made of ballistic textile with zero-millimeter puncture resistance, provides full protection against nails, glass, and sharp metal objects while being much lighter and more flexible than traditional steel midsoles.
