Protection Codes and Meanings
- S1P: In addition to S1 features (closed heel, antistatic, energy absorption in the heel, oil-resistant sole), it includes a puncture-resistant midsole. Provides toe and sole puncture protection in dry environments.
- SRC: The highest slip resistance class. Refers to a sole that passes both SRA (ceramic floor + sodium lauryl sulfate) and SRB (steel floor + glycerin) tests.
